I build systems that scale and teams that can run them, so we can ship reliably.
I care about knowing which architectural and organizational decisions will matter in two years and which are just expensive theater. I build teams that can move fast because their data and infrastructure isn’t betraying them.
Velocity comes from durable architecture and clear operating models, not from thrash. I prioritize ruthlessly and design systems and teams that make change safe: pragmatic data platforms, crisp ownership, and processes that prevent avoidable incidents while leaving room to innovate.
Why I Care
My current obsession is healthcare technology. I quit big tech to focus on getting my kid healthier, which made me an unwilling expert in the absurdity of US healthcare. After navigating how money and data move (or don’t) between payers, providers, pharmacies, EMRs… I couldn’t look away. It’s the most beautifully broken system I’ve seen, and I’m committed to fixing the infrastructure beneath it.
I’m French-British: twenty years in France, a decade in the UK, five years on the West Coast, now on the East Coast in Massachusetts. This gave me a healthy appreciation for how systems that work well in one context become spectacular failures in another.
If you want to build durable systems and teams without trading speed for stability, let’s talk.
